The Hippos Were Out!
Finally! After 3 recent trips to the zoo this year, the hippos are finally out on display. Madeline was thrilled to see her buddy out wandering around. It was a super hot day and the hippo even entertained with a little swim.
Other highlights of the morning at the zoo included: the orangutans, elephants, and the camels. Next time we're hoping to remember to bring our swim suits, we keep forgetting they have a water park there now.
