On Mother's Day (my first official Mother's Day!), Mad stood up for the first time on her own. I missed seeing it in action but got a look at the end result. I happened to be in kitchen cleaning up after dinner and Michael looked into the living room and asked me if I left Maddy standing up. Ummm...."no, I did not". That's when we grabbed these 2 shots.
